Yes, Your money will be refunded if you don't get any seats in both rounds.  Suppose if you have paid 35000/-and if you didn't get any seat then they deduce the 1500/- and  now you will get a refund of 34000/-. The remaining 1500 would be deducted (as this was the fee for the application).

Yes, if you do not get a seat in the CSA Special Round the money will be refunded after a deduction of 1,500/- rupees from the total amount and will be deposited in your respective bank account.

So please proceed to this process if you want refund of your fee and definitely you will be credited with your amount.
