if i not got bellow 50% marks in CBSC exam. and got 550 marks in NEET. Can i get the admission in MBBS?

In order to be eligible for NEET, you must attain 50% and above in Physics Chemistry and Biology and also pass in all subjects for your Board exams. So in accordance to your question, even if you score such good marks you will not be eligible for admission through NEET.
Generally a student scoring 550+ in NEET will never have 50% and less in Board specially CBSE as both the syllabus and books followed in same.
