if I not present in jee advanced exam 2021 than my exam fee will be refunded?

Fees can also be carried forward to another Session of JEE (Main) 2021, provided the request is made during the period when the Application window of the session from which the withdrawal is requested is open. No fee will be refunded if the request is received during any other time .
