If I only give nata exam then is it possible admission in Nit??and yes then how many score in nata exam (general category)?

No. NITs don't accept only NATA scores. NITs take admission through JoSAA for which JEE exam is compulsory. If you are aiming for B-Arch admssions, then you have to write Paper 2 in JEE Main.
