If i only qualify sectional cut off in NDA written exam can I will be called for SSB ?
Hello,
To get shortlisted for SSB interview you must score the sectional cut off marks as well as overall cut off marks in NDA Entrance Examination. The sectional cut off marks is constant every year but the overall cut off marks changes every year. The minimum marks that you need to score in each subject is 25%. The overall expected cut off marks for NDA 2022 is in between 349-359 marks. Cut off depends on total number of vacancies, total number of candidates applied etc. To get admission in to NDA you must score the cut off marks specified for NDA written exam and SSB Interview (out off 1800) and you must clear the Medical Examination. Hi aspirant,
No, you would not be called for SSB counseling if you just pass the sectional cutoffs in NDA examination. Actually to clear the written test one needs to clear the overall cutoff (near 350 marks) as well as sectional cutoffs 25% each and mere passing thee sectional cutoff is not enough. Hope it helps!!
Hi
No, just getting sectional cut off won't help you in qualifying NDA. You need to qualify with its overall cut off as well to be called for SSB.
Predicting cut off marks is quite difficult, as it depends upon a number of factors like
-----------------) Number of students appearing in the nda examination.
-----------------) The difficulty or toughness level of the NDA examination question paper
-----------------) Number of vacancies available
Anyway,
Cut off will be more or less similar to past year trends which is given below:-
