If you get a govt BDS seat then it will be great but also if you get in a decent private clg then that's also good.

but with this score I suppose you do have few chances to get in private medical college through state quota. As you haven't mentioned your state (domicile) so it would be difficult to predict exactly your college.

However the closing ranks for different college keeps on changing every year so I would suggest you to go for counseling process.
