If I paid the registration fee of 36500 and participated in csab special rounds 2020 and got a seat for the first time.(counsidering I did not paid any fee except that 36500) how much partial admission fee I need to pay?

Dear student,

If you got alloted first time a seat in josaa and you accept your seat then you have to give a seat acceptance fees of Rs. 35000 ( for general/ews/obc) or Rs. 15000 ( for sc /st/ pwd ).

Now, this year, as a part of the admission process in NIT+ System, it is mandatory for every candidate to pay PARTIAL ADMISSION FEES between 9th to 13th, November, 2020, who has accepted his/her seat in one to six round of josaa counselling, and wants to retain his/her allotted seat .

Now this partial admission fees is Rs. 40000 ( for general/obc/ews ) and Rs. 20000 ( for sc/st/pwd).

Also, if you do not pay PARTIAL ADMISSION FEES before 13th November 2020, then your seat will be treated as CANCELLED.

Now, as the latest instructions are out, then according to the latest instructions for csab special round :-

If you got allotted any seat in josaa, and paid the seat acceptance fees, but didn't paid the partial admission fees, then your josaa seat wilo be cancelled. And then if you participate in csab special round counseling, then your josaa seat acceptance fees will be adjusted in the participation fees of csab. And, you are required to pay Rs. 2000 ( as non refundable processing charges), for participating in csab special round.


If you have paid the PARTIAL ADMISSION FEE for retaining your accepted josaa seat. And then if you participate in csab then  only Rs. 2000 ( as non-refundable processing charges )
