if I pay seat acceptance fee and partial admission fee in jossa 5th round. now I am participate in csab and I get one seat but now I am not interested to take that seat . can I get refund of fee which I paid at the time of jossa in csab

Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund of the seat acceptance and partial admission fees paid during JOSAA if you participate in CSAB and decline a seat.

Once you accept a seat in JOSAA, you enter into an agreement with the allotted institute. Even if you participate in CSAB later, this initial agreement remains valid.

However, there might be provisions for fee adjustments or transfers within the same institute if you secure a different program through CSAB.
