You don't have to worry regarding the transfer of money and I would like to tell you that once you submitted  seat acceptance fee, your fee is accepted by upsee administration and not to particular college immediately but when you finally choose to take admission then it is transferred to particular college from upsee Aspirant.so you forget these little things.
