You will be taught the laws of constitution of the country that you are studying Law in. For example, if you take US, every State has its own rules and laws. So you will be taught the laws of the State that you study your Law in. And let's say if you are studying in Illinois, you will be taught US constitutional law, Illinois law but also International law. But if you want to practise in Washington, you have to appear for the bar exam of Washington. And when you come to India, to practise in India you should appear for Bar Council of exams for license to practise law.

The Bachelor of Legislative Law course is an Undergraduate course in the field of Law. If you want to do this course in a foreign country, you are free to do so. However, you will be taught the curriculum and law practices differently, according to the constitution of the country you pursue the course in.
