if i prepare neet based on the nta prescribed syllabus 2020,i can score 550 plus ??

Yes ofcourse. If you stick to the NTA prescribed by the syllabus and work on it staying honest with own self then yes definitely you can go past 550. Try to cover maximum parts of each syllabus liked depthwise and be thorough with NCERT textbooks too.
