Hello,
BBA LLB is a full time undergraduate degree having the combination of management with law, if you're pursuing this course then only after five years of academic study you will become graduate, hence you can either appear for UPSC in the final year of graduation that is 5th year provisionally you're able to show the proof of the qualifying examination within the prescribed period of time as set by officials, or once you have completed your graduation (that is five years of study)to be eligible for UPSC, also you need to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year, there is no specific aggregate required in this case.
