if i put cse for all iit colleges in counseling, will i get seat in cse in any college even if i get less marks (like 7000 rank)

With 7000 Rank in JEE ADVANCED (in GEN. category) there aren't much chances for CSE Seat in any of the IITs , according to previous year trends.
