Hi..I am from Open Category. I want to ask an question that if all the seats of open category are full during an admission process then can I get a seat in Open EWS if I have a certificate of Open EWS?

hello,

if the seats are not vacant in ews category then your are not eligible to take admission But you can take open admissions if and only if your chosen college has management quota or direct admission feature.
