Yes  you are eligible for all private collages but you have to pay donation for any college i.e., university or institutions selected by you.you have to pay fee yearly fee also.

My suggestion is to write one more time go with free seat preference

if you cross the cutoff in NEET PG and qualified for Neet PG then you are eligible to appear in any government or private medical college across any state of India not only Tamil Nadu but also the other states provided your marks and rank get you through to the seeds which people with higher ranz and percentile who have appeared for the Neet PG examination do not apply for

that is the basis of the counselling and it will be on the merit assist basis but of course do seeds which are not opted for in private colleges due to high capitation fees might be accessible to you if you can afford them

Yes you are eligible for management quota but I will suggest you to go for CAP rounds and counseling process as the management quota does not offers students many other benefits such as category reservation, non creamy layer reservation and defense reservation .

Also many times the Institutes demands huge donations for management quota seats as the Institute having all the rights for distribution of those seats.
