If I qualify jee(main) and I got 66.4% in bseb(Bihar school examination board) .Then can I get seat in niit college.

No, unfortunately you can't able to take the seat in NIT colleges because as an eligibility criteria it is mandatory to have a 75% in Class 12th board examination inorder to get into the NIT/ IIIT/ GFTI.
