Yes , if you do ncert, Trueman and your boards books as well , you have good chances of getting a good score but as you know all these books contain just the chapters and not mcqs to practice for neet and without practice one cannot score good marks so you need to do mcqs as well. You can go for neet - aipmt past 32 years chapterwise book by mtg to practice mcq or even go for ncert at your fingertips , these book will help you to master the theory, important facts etc through the mcqs . So if you practice mcqs as well then you can get 340 + marks.
