if I report for all india round 2 seat and then get better seat in state round i, is there any way of report that seat and leave all india seat

Hello,
If your question is regarding NEET PG then if you participate in state counselling and allotted a seat and if you are satisfied with it you can accept the seat and join but the security deposit which was paid in AIQ counselling will be forfeited and the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
