if I score 200+ in neet do I have any chance of getting admission ? And some where while surfing I read the general category needs 50 percentile Marks that means last year it was 701-134 I want to know what this 134 Mark is...is it the minimum marks for qualifying...?

I am sorry to say this but your neet score is too low to get a govt. medical seat,since you haven't mentioned your state name and category so I am considering you are an UR candidate and for that you have to score at least 550+ marks to assure a govt. medical seat through NEET exam so prepare for the NEET 2021 with a good and smart strategy.
And Yes those are just qulifying marks for NEET exam.
