According to your estimated score to the last year NEET-2017 comparision ,my person opinion would be difficult unless you are from general category
for knowing deatils of cut-offs and paper analysis of NEET UG 2018.you can also check here the colleges accepting the NEET score in 2018.

The chances seems to be low at these marks.
The cutoff score to get a seat in veterinary college for an unreserved category students depends on the state of domicile & choice of college
But even in the worst scenario, it should not exceed more than 360 ie 50%.
The reason behind low cut off is quite clear that almost all of the students who appeared want to join Mbbs course, so the demand of veterinary is not that high.
