Dear aspirant according to NEET you need 400+ marks for getting government medical college. As you know NEET takes 720 marks entrance exam. And in that, if you get 500+ marks then you will get government medical college.

Here in 2019 135 in NEET is the minimum marks. After the score, you need to go for counselling and the counselling will be taken by MCC and the respective state government authority.

You have not mentione your category. However, if it is general it becomes difficult to secure a seat as the scores were around 550 (SHKM GMC, Nalhar, Mehwat) in All India quota to about 531 marks in the state quota.
