Dear Simmi,
Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital was established in the year 2000 and is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Jaipur, offers MBBS at the under graduate level and MD, MS and Super Specialty courses at the post graduate level.
- Candidates who have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in the above subjects are eligible to apply for the MBBS course.
- Candidates who have completed MBBS degree from a recognized institute and have completed one-year of rotating internship are eligible to apply for the MD and MS courses.
- Admission to MBBS course is done on the basis of NEET UG entrance examination followed by marksobtained in PCB subjects.
If you are applying through AIQ, there are almost no chances. Through state quota, trends and competition being very changeable each year, it cannot be said with certainty. however for general, this indicates chances on a very low side. but still there is certainly hope left for you if you belong to category other than UR. Since there is no specific cut off for mahatama gandhi medical college, as it is a private university, i would list down previous trends that might help you to get an idea.
General - more than 75% of marks.
OBC - more than 60% of marks.
Sc- more than 40% of marks.
St- more than 35% of marks.
Hope this helps!
