You can get into some government medical colleges according last year's (2018) cutoffs, but just to be safe I would recommend if you could get your score a little bit higher so that you can be sure for getting into a government medical college irrespective of the variations in cutoffs.

If you consider the previous years'cut-off trends then yes you are right, you will be able to get admission.
The cut-off for government medical colleges is usually higher but since you belong to the SC category, the cut-off for those students is much lower and if you score above 400-425 then you will easily get in.
I suggest you to aim higher, not just 410 marks. Why limit yourself, if you are preparing so hard, aim for higher so you can get the best of all the colleges. Being an SC category student is your advantage here.
