Hi, hope you are doing great.
You have not specified here the course you want to apply for.
However, it is very difficult to take admission in any of the colleges under DU by this percentage especially if you belong to science stream, chance are almost nil.
Same applies for the commerce stream also.
You might get into some B.A. courses that also not in the top colleges coming under Delhi University. Also , cutoff varies every year ,so you should stay in the touch with various colleges cutoff as well.
So, as per your statement, you might be appearing for class 12 examination, so you should focus more and do hard work to get good percentage to get into Delhi University.

Hello dear student !
First of all, cut off depends upon the course to course so please specify the course in which you want to take admission. Meanwhile, with 65% it is almost impossible to get admission in DU in North campus as well as off campus also. But you can regularly check the off campus colleges's last cut offs.
