First of all  congrats  if you are looking  for nrs Medical college  in Kolkata  . Then you can try it  because  as you are from sc category  and if you have domicile  of that state  then your chances  goes higher . As 85 % seat is reserved  for  state domicile candidates only And yes through  state quota  you can get admission.

Although  as per my opinion  this year cutoff goes higher slightly  than last year because  of the level of questions .

But still  result is yet to be come . So you just  wait and watch.

Last year the cutoff for the nrs kolkatta government medical college under the state quota benefit for sc category was 413 closing marks. And you have much more than that so you can hope for the college.
