The cutoff  for previous year was 691-119 for UR category for 50th percentile, 118-96 for OBC/SC/ST for 40th percentile.The cutoff goes higher every year and is expected to rise,  Therefore in order to secure a seat in Mulana university you need to have a score of around 700 to secure a seat during counselling, however you may have a seat in last rounds of counselling.
