If I score rank between 5000-6000 and 75% marks in 12 then will I get get admision in any vit campus?

Hello,

with a rank of 5000-6000, you can easily get admission in the VIT Vellore main campus. As you have got 75% in 12, there is no problem that you willl face in getting admission.
