You have not mentioned the category you belong to and the state. However, the odds are 50/50. Depending on your category and state of residence, you may or may not acquire a seat for the MBBS programme with 450 NEET exam points.

But if I were to give you general advice, you would have a good chance of being accepted into a government medical college if you scored 450 on the NEET exam and are a member of one of the restricted categories, such as SC or ST.

If you fall into the general category, you might not be able to enrol in a Government medical institution with 450 points; in this case, you should aim for at least 550 points.

Or you can also go for the state counselling either of your or of any other open state like Gujarat, Karnataka or any other.
