If I secure a private medical college seat in round 1 of counselling..am i eligible for the mop up or stray vacancy round?

Hey there ,
Student who took part in main round of counselling but didn't get any seat or students who did not took part in main round of counselling are only eligible to appear in mop up round. So you will not be eligible to participate in mop up round .
