if I select a course from a particular university, can i still use the score from that exam for other universities offering the same course?

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you want to take admissions in a university with any other university score so that is not possible at all as to get admissions one should certainly give entrance for that particular university or college also then only you would be eligible for admissions in that college for that particular course.
