Dear Sumit, you can make changes to your Category upto Novermber 24th. There will be no additional fees for changing your Category from General Category to EWS because their cut offs and the application fees are the same. IIT Delhi hasn't announced the dates yet. However you can check the tentative dates for each column for corrections at our page: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-application-form-correction
