If I selected in first coumceling but my collage is not good ,then is it necessary that in second counseling I will get a better collage ?

Basically its not certain that you will get better college in second councelling. But it happens if seats of good colleges are not get full than in that case you will get better college than previous one. Though if you are not at all satisfied with your current college than go for second councelling.
