if I sit for josaa counselling and till 6 rounds I get lower branches at iiits Or nits and i decide to sit for csab counselling, do i have to pay the seat acceptance fees again and what will happen to the seat acceptance fees paid in josaa counselling?

Incase you do not wish to accept the alloted seat in JOSAA counselling you need to withraw it else it will get refunded with a minimum deduction.
One can sit in CSAB, only if he/she has not accepted any seat in JOSAA.
