If I studied in bad(I mean not good) university..?My overall acdmc performance is extraordinary.Do I have chances of getting govt job.? For ex I wantd to study aerosp eng. I found a univsity which is not good? Do I have chances to get into Isro..?If not what should I do after my UG to get into ISRO?

Since you are performing extraordinary in your college and are a scholar then you can get government jobs. Vacancies are available for all and for any job you must be at the position to compete others. So that doesn't matter in which college you study.
You should be competent to achieve a position in any field.
