Hi dear aspirant, as you have keen interest in doing B.Tech in computer science and engineering which is being reflected from your question . So i would like to say that yes there will be differnce between the jobs which you'll get after completing your degree from a NIT and from a normal college . But the main thing is what you learn and what you gain in the 4 years of college life will result more in deciding your selection in a nice MNC . So i would like to say if you not get a seat in NIt don't worry there are various colleges of same level in which you can apply and can come out with flying colours doing wonders . So the basic thing is just focus on your skill only that matter. Hope it will help you.
