if i study civil in government engingineering colleges , can i have a chance to change it as CS or IT in my second year

Hi aspirant,
You can change the branch if 2 conditions get satisfied. 1) if seats are available in respective branch. 2) you have sufficient score to be there in merit list to get admission in respective branch. Of both conditions satisfy at same time then you can change your branch.
