Hi

Ncert books are good  for clearing basic concepts and overall for neet as well, especially when it comes to Neet Biology,  NCERT Biology is not less than A Bible for Neet,  but the problem with  NCERT is that it is a bit difficult to understand as there are not many examples given in NCERT in physics and chemistry and in NCERT Biology there are various topics which are not there in a detailed manner and it becomes really  difficult to understand . One more thing is when it comes to highly competitive examinations like neet  then you have to practice a lot of questions and a variety of questions but here NCERT lags as it doesn't have many numericals and mcqs and doesn't have a wide variety of questions to practice, but NCERT doesn't cover the type of question, so you may not get  marks like 500 or more by just solving NCERT . So, to perform well in your neet you need to follow others books as well in addition to NCERT

The  best  books which you can go for neet examination   are listed  below  Subjectwise :-

PHYSICS :-

*NCERT Physics textbooks for Class XI and XII

* Mtg NCERT at your fingertips for physics

*Objective Physics for neet By DC Pandey :- it has MCQs and numericals as per Neet examination pattern and level

CHEMISTRY :-

*NCERT Chemistry textbooks for Class XI and XII :- Ncert chemistry is really good for Neet, go through all the solved examples, intext questions and exercise questions

*Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon :- Best for practising and mastering numericals in physical chemistry

*MS Chauhan (Organic) :- It is a great book to clear all your concepts regarding reactions in organic, their mechanism etc

BIOLOGY

*NCERT Biology Class XI and Class XII "- Master it as around 95 % questions in neet biology are based on ncert but yes to solve MCQs you need to practice but MCQs are not there in NCERT

*NCERT at your fingertips by mtg :- best for practicing MCQs for your neet

*Trueman biology :- good for understanding topics which are difficult to understand from NCERT

Also go through Neet Previous year chapter wise book by Arihant for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and once you are done with the complete syllabus go through mock test paper.

Hello,

If you prepare with dedication and commitment, then it is not impossible for you to score your desired marks only by studying through NCERT books but along with that try to solve the module papers atleast once in a week or twice a week, make a timetable and follow that strictly, underline the important lines and make one liner notes for quick revision, if you will follow all these things then it is not impossible to score 500+ marks by only studying through NCERT textbooks.

Hope this helps, all the best.
