if i submit college joining report option in KEA. will i be eligible for casual(mopup) round? if yes, any consiquences ? if no, then their is no surety on the casual(mopup) round. Please answer as today i have to report by 5:30 PM

As you mentioned that you if you submit the college joining report option in kea so let me tell you that you would eligible for the mop round as it is open for all the candidates appearing in the counselling or not.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
