if i submit the counselling fees in UPSEE 2019, and after getting a college, i withdraw and didnt take admission, then my fee refund or not?

Hello student,
As far as I know, they do not refund the seat acceptance fees once you get admission into the college,
in case you withdraw then it somehow also depends on the college policy that how much they return the fees in particular time interval. so contact them.
