Dear Sir/Ma'm, if you drop one year and don't succeed you are still eligible for admission to any college offering BSc courses as per your choice unti you are fulfilling the admission cut-off criteria. Some colleges have this rule that if you drop one year, they might deduct a certain amount of marks from your boards marks and then if you are still eligible you make it through. However, this varies from college to college.
