If I take admission in AIIMS and I get a better college in NEET or somewhere else then what will happen

First of all the best college in India is AIIMS, Delhi, but of you get new AIIMS in India, and you find you are getting a better college through NEET, then first lock both the choices and then you can ask for a refund (processing fee subtracted) afterwards.
