You can participate in All India Counselling even if you get a seat in BAMS through State Counselling. But if you are allotted a seat in All India Counselling, then you have to resign your allotted seat and then take admission in seat Allotted in All India Counselling. And if you do that, you have to forfeit the security deposit that you paid in State Counselling. And also let's say you are allotted a seat in Round 1 of All India Counselling an you like it, after forfeiting the security deposit from State Counselling, you can take admission it the College allotted through All India Counselling. But let's say if you were allotted a seat that you are not happy about, you can opt for Free exit and then participate in Round 2. But in case it repeats in Round 2, you cannot opt for Round 2. You have to join the seat allotted in Round 2 of All India Counseling or else you will have to forfeit the security deposit. So you have to make a choice between All India Counselling and State Counselling.
