If i take admission in bp poddar later in 4th round if i get some govt college can i change it??

Hi ! Yes, you can obviously change it. Since it's only a fourth round, you can have an option to change the college. But bp Poddar is better than those government college like coochbehar, Purulia and Kalyani and Jalpaiguri government college. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
