If i take admission in du in first cutoff in physical chemistry but in second cut off i want take admission in bsc physics how cancel first?

In case of cancellation you have to log in to the DU portal, there will be a cancellation tab available, by clicking on it you get the print out of the cancellation form.
Now go to the previous College you took admission in and submit an application of cancellation along with the cancellation form print out and you have to submit the cancellation fees in the College itself. Then collect your documents and move to the college you seek admission in.

Mera abhi chemistry me nahiho pa raha hai toh abhi ke liye physical science with chemistry me admission le lu. 3 cur off list me dekhti hu chemistry ko. But i i count only pcm marks

Okay since there is a confusion regarding bfs or pcm percentage in this course, I will suggest you to visit any nearby DU College and get it confirmed.
