Yes by studying BTech in some other branch as desired you can attend the EAMCET exam once again and score a rank and get your desired seat in the next year scholarship and fee reimbursement also.
If you are eligible for fee reimbursement or any other scholarships by the Telangana state government then you can atom themselves once again and get a rank to get the desired seat in your case computer science and engineering and again apply for the fee reimbursement .
