if I took preparatory course. then after one year there will be exam in college.if I pass then I will get admission in iit. but is there need to give jee advance also

Hello aspirant, hope you are doing good.

So, as you might be knowing , the preparatory rank in JEE Advanced are not actual ranks, but they are the ranks allotted to the category students for the vacant seats. With this rank, you will be trained for a year in the IITs, and by the end of the year you will be declared pass or fail. You will have to qualify to that particular exam at the end of the year, to be able to get a confirmed seat in IIT. You do not have to give JEE Advance again.
