if I want to apply in central university in cuet and i have central obc NCL then do need to apply through general quota or obc? is OBC reservation applied only in state quota?

So as per your query, OBC NCL certificate is generally acceptable in country wide. You need not get any other certificate additional to this certificate. Only the NCL certificate is enough for you irrespective from which state you had availed it.
