Firstly, if you want to be an clinical Psychologist, then MSc Applied Psychology can also lead you to the profile. So don't worry about.

Now Applied Psychology and Clinical Psychology both applies the Psychological Researches conducted over the years in order to solve problems. Applied Psychologist apply the Psychological Theories in solving various cases such as Marketing strategy, Organizational Behavioural Psychology as well as Counselling and clinical areas etc. But when its become clinical Psychology, its more specific towards the treatment of psychopathological conditions. So in Clinical Psychology you get a more specialized basis to the Clinical Portions of Psychology only but in Applied Psychology you learn about all the probable scenario possible where the Psychological theories can be applied.
