If you want to job in BPO then there are many sources through which they use to hire candidates like campus placements, consultants ,advertising, walk in interviews, person to person referrals and many more.
If You want to know about Walk in interviews then firstly make the name of companies which have vacancies of your interest and then apply there by the company website. After that surely you will be receiving mail or the company authority will contact you in the response. Now if you are having companies nearby your hometown then you can simply go into that for walk in interviews.
