Hello aspirant!
Students from various UG background choose MBA now-a-days like from B.E, BBA, BBM, BCom and even BSc sometimes. MBA has more like become a common post graduation course, which enhances job opportunities. However, ideally, it is better to pursue either BBA, BBM or BCom in UG if you want to do MBA. So I would suggest you BBA or BBM or BCom.
You can pursue both UG and PG in open universities, however, it is not recommeneded if you are placement oriented. Open opportunities usually do not have very good placements records since the admission requirement in open universities is not filtered much as in other institutions. So not many companies visit Open Universities. They do provide internships for their students. So, I would suggest you to keep open university as a second option and look for regular university or institution first.
Next, as you know getting jobs outside the campus placements is very difficult in present day conditions. It is highly competitive. So you need to improve your skills a lot in your course duration. Sometimes you may get a job, but you wont be satisfied with it. So the job finding process cannot give result in just one or two attempts. You need to wait with patience and try our best.
All the best!
